McGrathNicol appoints new Performance Improvement Partner

Specialist firm, McGrathNicol, is proud to announce the admission of Emma Boucher to its partnership, bringing the total number of partners to 55. Emma Boucher is a highly skilled Performance Improvement Partner based in the Melbourne office.

Having been with the firm for more than 16 years, Emma has built a reputation as a respected business transformation specialist. Starting her career in restructuring, she gained cross-industry experience in financial monitoring, risk management, and contingency planning. She now leverages her performance improvement expertise to help clients to navigate challenges, particularly during times of change.

With extensive experience across finance and operational transformation, project management and executive advisory, Emma has also acted in interim leadership roles such as CFO at government bodies, ASX-listed companies and corporate entities. Emma has deep expertise and an interest in transformation projects within the water, energy, and renewables space.

McGrathNicol has announced the internal promotion of three directors and four senior managers. The firm has further plans to expand and open a new Adelaide office in early 2025.
