Andrew Booth

Restructuring and turnaround specialist with broad industry experience.

Andrew was a founding employee of McGrathNicol and has more than 30 years’ experience as a restructuring and turnaround expert. He specialises in managing large, complex and cross-border assignments, including financial restructuring, project finance, business valuation, due diligence and insolvency roles.

Andrew has worked in London and Sydney and has previously undertaken a secondment at one of Australia’s major banks, where he was responsible for managing a portfolio of complex institutional banking exposures.

Andrew has worked across a broad range of industries including infrastructure, resources, retail, and financial and professional services.  He has worked with syndicated and bilateral lenders providing advice on the financial restructuring and turnaround of distressed credits, advised State Governments exposed to major infrastructure projects and helped equity holders seeking to maximise their return from distressed investments.
